About Aurey AI

Aurey AI (“Aurey,” “we,” or “us”) is a browser-based service for creating, playing, and publishing games through natural-language instructions. This policy explains the information processed when you use aurey.ai.

Information We Process

We process the account details you provide, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication records, and support messages. We also process the prompts, game files, project versions, titles, descriptions, and other content you create or upload.

When you use the service, we may receive technical and usage data such as requested pages, timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, error logs, and feature interactions. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy policies; Aurey does not store full card numbers.

AI and Game Creation

Your instructions and relevant project context are sent through Aurey's protected server-side gateway to an AI model provider so the requested game can be created. Generated files are processed in an isolated workspace assigned to your account. Platform API credentials are not shown to you or placed in your project.

Do not submit personal, confidential, or regulated information that is not needed to create your game. Published games, titles, descriptions, and creator names are public by design.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create and store games, provide previews and version history, publish works you choose to share, process payments, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers

We use infrastructure, storage, security, authentication, analytics, payment, email, and AI service providers to operate Aurey. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and apply their own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and Storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect your session. We may store language and interface preferences. Optional analytics are used only when configured. You can remove browser data through your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out.

Retention and Security

We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations. Workspace snapshots and logs may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion. We use access controls, encrypted transport, isolated workspaces, and server-side secret handling, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can keep a game private or publish it, update published information, and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and security requirements.
