Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using aurey.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement; if you use Aurey for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

The Service

Aurey helps you create browser games from natural-language instructions, test playable versions, keep project history, and publish selected works. The service may be offered as a preview and may change as we improve it.

Accounts and Security

Provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another creator's workspace or platform credentials.

Your Content and Published Games

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, original game content, names, and descriptions you submit. You grant Aurey a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. When you publish a game, you also grant Aurey permission to display, distribute, and let visitors play that published version until you unpublish or delete it.

AI-generated output may be similar to content generated for others, may contain errors, and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing your game and ensuring you have the rights needed for all submitted and published content.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Aurey to create or distribute unlawful content, malware, deceptive experiences, harassment, sexual exploitation, content that infringes another person's rights, or games that expose personal or confidential information. Do not bypass quotas or security controls, disrupt the service, probe other workspaces, resell platform access without permission, or use automated traffic that harms reliability.

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

Paid features, prices, quotas, renewal terms, and included credits are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or a specific offer says differently, charges for consumed generation capacity are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not reverse charges already incurred.

Availability and Generated Results

We work to keep Aurey reliable, but generation time, model behavior, browser compatibility, and third-party services can vary. We do not guarantee that every request will complete, that generated games will be error-free, or that the service will always be available. You should test a game before sharing it and keep copies of important original material.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurey is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Aurey and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or claims arising from content you create or publish. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Aurey during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and Contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to hello@aurey.ai.
